阻燃PET膜

聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,化学式为COC6H4COOCH2CH2O。

(英文:Polyethylene terephthalate,简称PET),由对苯二甲酸二甲酯与乙二醇酯交换或以对苯二甲酸与乙二醇酯化先合成对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯,然后再进行缩聚反应制得。

属结晶型饱和聚酯,为乳白色或浅黄色、高度结晶的聚合物,表面平滑有光泽。

是生活中常见的一种树脂,可以分为APET、RPET和PETG。与PBT一起统称为热塑性聚酯,或饱和聚酯。

在较宽的温度范围内具有优良的物理机械性能,长期使用温度可达120℃,电绝缘性优良,甚至在高温高频下,其电性能仍较好,但耐电晕性较差,抗蠕变性,耐疲劳性,耐摩擦性、尺寸稳定性都很好。

别名:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯; 聚对酞酸乙二酯;的确良;涤纶;聚乙烯对苯二甲酸酯;达克纶等。

熔点:250-255°C 具有优良的耐高、低温性能,可在120℃温度范围内长期使用,短期使用可耐150℃高温,可耐-70℃低温,且高、低温时对其机械性能影响很小。

加阻燃剂和防燃滴落剂可改进 PET阻燃性和自熄性。

Flame-retardant PET film

Polybutylene terephthalate, the chemical formula is COC6H4COOCH2CH2O.

(English: Polyethylene terephthalate, referred to as PET), synthesized by transesterification of terephthalic acid two to ethylene glycol or terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol, then polycondensation of terephthalate.

It is a crystalline saturated polyester. It is a milky white or light yellow, highly crystalline polymer with smooth and glossy surface.

It is a common kind of resin in life, which can be divided into APET, RPET and PETG. Together with PBT, it is called thermoplastic polyester, or saturated polyester.

It has excellent physical and mechanical properties in a wide temperature range, long-term use temperature is 120 degrees centigrade, excellent electrical insulation, even under high temperature and high frequency. The electric performance is still good and has creep resistance, fatigue resistance, wear resistance and good dimensional stability, but corona resistance is poor.

Melting point: 250-255 C has high and low temperature performance, can be used for a long time at 120 degrees Celsius temperature range, short-term use of resistant to high temperature of 150 DEG C, -70 resistant to low temperature, and high and low temperature effects on the mechanical properties is very small.

The flame retardancy and self extinguishing of PET can be improved with the addition of flame retardants and anti flammable dropping agents.
